BALCOVA / IZMIR
Balcova thermal center is the largest thermal treatment center in Turkey and set around 218 acres of green fields on the outskirts of Izmir. The healing character of thermal water source has been used for treating a variety of ailments since 2000 BC., the time of King Agamemnon. The heat of the water at the source is 62 degrees centigrade and has unusual mineralisation confirming his healing qualities. It has healing effects on:
