Gokova Bay is the place where “Blue Voyage” with Gulettes has begun. Specially in the southern part of this large bay there are several wonderful small bays surrounded with pine trees and well protected by winds.

DAY 01 : BODRUM

Start boarding by 16.00 hours at the pier of Bodrum. Dinner and overnight will be at the pier of Bodrum. Its antique name being “Halicarnassus” the city’s history goes back till 1.200 BC. As some interesting points you can note the following:

  • “Herodot” who lived in the 5.th century and known as “the father of history” was born in 
         Bodrum.

  • “The mausoleum of King Mausolus (350 BC)” and accepted as one of the seven wonders 
        of the 
    world is in Bodrum.

  • The only architecture remaining from the classical time of Bodrum “Halicarnassus” is the
        13.000 people capacity “Antique Theater”.
  • The world best preserved middle age castle “St. Peter” and the “Mindos Gate” from where 
        “Alexander the Great” entered “Halicarnassus” are also the two places that must be seen.

    DAY 02 : BODRUM / KARAADA / CATI

    Departure after breakfast. First stop by Karaada. The Island is famous for its hot springs and dark caves which you can swim into. After lunch, across the Gulf today we continue to the marvellous natural harbour of Cati, a lovely bay surrounded with pine trees on the south coast of the Gulf. Overnight in Cati.

    DAY 03 CATI / SEVEN ISLANDS / KUFRE

     

    Sail to Seven Islands - always a popular choice, plenty of pine-clad secluded bays and coves to investigate. You will spend the rest of day by swimming if you wish by walking through the storax (liquid-amber) and pine forests. Overnight in Kufre. 

     

    DAY 04  KUFRE / LONGOZ / KARACASOGUT

     

    After breakfast, a short cruise will bring us to Longoz bay. In the afternoon we arrive in Karacasogut. The boat will sail to “Karaca Sogut” village for dinner and overnight. This small village is only 25 km away from Marmaris and it is possible to reach this lively town with dolmushes (shared taxis). Overnight in Karacasogut.

     

    DAY 05KARACA SOGUT / SEDIR ISLAND / INGILIZ LIMANI 

     

    After breakfast sailing to “Sedir (Kedrae) Island”. With its unbelievable clear water and its unique sandy beach this small island is like an open air museum. The clients have the opportunity to see the city walls, the temple converted later to a church and remaing from the Dors, the 1500 people capacity antique theatre, etc. The Cleopatra beach on the island has a very particular sand which can be found only in the North African Desert and it is strictly forbidden to take even a very small amount as a souvenir. It is said that Antonious has specially brought this sand with ships from Egypt to there for his beloved Cleopatra. The boat will sail to English harbour-made famous for sheltering World War-1 British torpedo boats. Overnight in Ingiliz Limani.

     

    DAY 06INGILIZ LIMANI / OREN or AKBUK / COKERTME

     

    Leaving English Harbor, we cruise to the northern side of the Gulf to Oren or Akbuk in the Golf. After swimming and lunch continue to Cokertme. Overnight in Cokertme.

     

    DAY 07 : COKERTME / ORAKLAR and/or CIFTLIK / BODRUM PIER

     

    Seventh day of our trip will continue to Bodrum. After swimming stops by Oraklar and/or Ciftlik, we will decide to cruise to an near Bay or the harbour of Bodrum for the last dinner.This is your last full day on the yacht. Overnight in Near Bay or Bodrum Harbour. 

     

    DAY 08 : END OF THE TOUR

     

    Disembark after breakfast.
